A well rounded developmental program especially designed for young children. The philosophy behind our program for children ages 1-5 is to teach them gymnastics and fitness in a fun, safe environment and raise the child's self-esteem. We believe in a success oriented program that achieves perpetual motion and shouts FUN. Our curriculum is based on gymnastics and fitness, but with some creative movement. Our gym is colorfully equipped to provide a fun environment where we can teach the basic physical skills while stimulating little minds to crave more learning and movement.

An extremely successful progressive gymnastics/fitness program for elementary age children. Progression cards are updated monthly. Classes are kept to an 8:1 student/teacher ratio and structured according to both age and ability. When students achieve all the skills at their level, they are moved up by instructor recommendation to the next level. The boys classes include Parallel Bars, High Bar, Side Horse and Rings as well as tumbling and trampoline.

There are 3 levels in this program, the Hoppers which are kindergarteners learning the basics of trampoline, double mini and tumbling progressions. Student/ teacher ratio is 7:1. We also have the Jumpers and Flyers which are structured according to both age and ability. When students achieve all the skills at Jumpers, they are moved up by instructor recommendation to Flyers level.
There are two levels in this program. Students work at different levels within the same class pursuing and strengthening skills for competition, cheerleading, and other endeavors. Click here for a schedule of classes.
